Stayed at this quaint stone house with free WiFi and a cozy seating area. Had a blast renting a bike and a car! Loved the balcony and terrace. Cons: Who needs air conditioning during a heatwave? Definitely not me! *eye roll*

our stay in emporeios was even better than before. the pyrgos stone house was amazing - renovated beautifully, cool without a/c, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. the host, triantafyllos, was so helpful and always available. don't miss the delicious greek cuisine at apyria tavern. exceeded expectations!

This traditional stone house was a unique and authentic experience. The fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine were very useful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Triantafyllos, the host, was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. The nearby restaurant Apryia served delicious food made with fresh local produce. The trail walk behind the property was a scenic hike to a nearby monastery, with the option to extend the loop to see the volcanic caldera.
Felt very secure, no reason to complain.
